Our Digital Marketing team is on par with the advertising industry standards, headed by our Chief Manager – Ms. Amrita Udeshi, to support and build a platform for Women In Advertising. She has an extensive experience in the field of Digital, with an MBA in Media & Advertising. 

On Women’s Day occasion, Ms. Amrita speaks about her experience and motivation; as to what drives her to be a go getter!

Ms. Amrita says: 

Having graduated in Majors of Sociology, Arts, I always knew I wanted to do something which was very much in demand in the market.

It was my drive to be irreplaceable that kept me going on with my job and my thirst for knowledge that had me looking up many courses being offered for Digital Marketing. 

But there was no guiding factor, although I did meet a lot of mentors in my life instilling in me the way the virtues of a true professional at work!

Digital Marketing Services:

While working at a scientific conference organising company, I dedicated myself to learning the digital marketing skills and knowledge. I knew if I wanted to hold my ground well in any industry I should be on par with detailed precisions of knowledge about what works for businesses.

Research Helps:

It was a lot of research, learning, failing and enrolling for several courses on Google to become a Search Engine Optimization Specialist.

There was a point in time, that I was doing a job so that I could keep the money rolling, doing my MBA, taking several courses, taking up an international apprenticeship with Acadium  to hone my skill set, and being a woman – running home errands too. Acadium became a major learning ground for me, and I went on to become a successful digital marketing professional for SEO services. They even published a blog on my success story, after I completed two International apprenticeships with them. (Read It Here)

A lot is expected of & assumed for the women, to be a dutiful in her familial roles. It was in these moments,  that I used to lift up prayers asking my God to give me a platform where I could be at ease and help other women grow too. 

Being in the advertising industry for women is fairly exhausting, given the number of hours we are required to put in, and yet manage to run show on the home front as effectively as we can or do more than we actually can.

Why TENASHEOUS?

TENASHEOUS as a platform, with it’s core motivating factors aligned to give women a reason not to give up their careers, and fulfil their dreams was a major reason that made us tick. 

It was our CEO, my friend Ms. Khyati Naigandhi’s vision and our goals aligned to bring out the best in us and for many more like us to develop and build a strong platform for those who dare to dream and grow.

We met at a co-working space, WEWORK – where we connected became friends and began to work on making our dream come true. Our company – TENASHEOUS is inspired by Wework’s many such quotes  and words
