Khyati represents the woman of today! She has an innate drive to motivate other women into earning their own livelihoods, persuading women entrepreneurship. As she’s easy approachable, her team derives immense support, fun and pleasure to work with her as a strong professional recruiter herself.

With an overall experience of 14 years, Amruta began her career as a network engineer with Infosys and then steered into teaching Physics to higher secondary students in a small border town near Bhutan while simultaneously pursuing her MBA.

By the virtue of being an Army spouse, she has constantly been involved in a lot of volunteer work through AWWA for the empowerment of soldier wives, right from organizing lectures and camps to helping and guiding them towards their betterment. She has also been a part of the grievance cell set up in the organization where she was involved in providing a lot of emotional support to the wives of martyrs, looking after their welfare, resolving disputes and marital tensions and discords. With this unique blend of being a military spouse, an engineer, and an MBA in human resource management, she embodies the qualities of dedication, resilience, and versatility that are the hallmark of our company values.

Vibha has always been an integral part of TenaSHEous right from when it was just a thought. She has played catalyst from the conceptualization to getting the company to where it is standing now. As a co-founder she has always been the backbone and a strong support system for her sisters dream company.

She brings along a vast experience of 15 years, starting her career into retail operations & then transitioning into recruitment for a short span. Even though it was a small stint, she developed great interest for the industry.

She then went on to carve a niche for herself by venturing in the Healthcare industry. She not only became a part of the family business of setting up Pathology Laboratories across the country, but is also taking it to new heights.

To say the least, Vibha has an immense zeal to achieve her professional goals with a "never give up" attitude. She definitely validates herself as someone who is always ready to accept new challenges with focus and determination, much like the ‘She’ in TenaSHEous!
