With Womens Day Celebrations nearing us, we thought of speaking about our story and why we think Women should be independent, and be ready to realise and achieve their goals and shine through their lives.
Women are beautiful, outstanding, marvellous, adorable wonderful beings who can gracefully multitask. Every year the world celebrates Women’s Day on 8th March, to show care and respect.
Although Women’s Day is an exceptional day for celebrating women around us and within us. It should not be limited to just being once in a while.
Tenacious is someone who is Persistent, Strong-willed, Firm, Unshakeable, Determined, Tough to be broken. A go getter with the Winning Attitude, and that’s what a Woman is! Hence we have named our company as TENASHEOUS emphasising on the word ‘she’ and encouraging women entrepreneurship.
CEO Ms. Khyati Udeshi Naigandhi Speaks About Our Story:
Our CEO Ms. Khyati, shares her personal experience to speak about what moved her to start a women-led business and in doing so assist other women in achieving their goals.
Ms. Khyati says: I am a passionate Recruiter and dedicated to my work. I like to give my full attention and dedication to any task that I take in my hands. In the early days of my career, I used to dedicate more than 8 hours to my work, and always have had this fire inside me to achieve great heights in my career. Even if it required me to work late evenings or on weekends I was more than happy to do so.
Infact, even on my delivery bed, while I was admitted in the hospital I continued working. But post the delivery of my beautiful daughter, things changed for me (almost 11years back).
I was still very much passionate to work but a Woman’s priorities change automatically once she becomes a mother. More than a recruiter or an employee, I had become a Mother and for every Mother, her child comes first.
But that doesn’t mean you lose your spark!! It had become too difficult to manage both at the same time. This was evidently visible in my performance both as a Recruiter and as a Mother.
I still remember, I used to cry in my lone times wishing to work with an organisation who understands Women who are passionate for their career but are stuck in personal commitments.
I started craving for a work place which gives that flexibility for many Women like me so that they could handle both their personal and professional lives happily.
That’s when I sent a silent prayer to the Lord to give me strength to create such a platform for other Women who have to face similar obstacles (either as a mother or a responsible daughter/ daughter-in-law/wife)
And here we are, creating our story with TENASHEOUS!!
There is a stronger purpose behind TENASHEOUS. And that purpose is to elevate Women to be independent, be responsible for themselves, be their own boss and make a living.
A lot of women tend to always prioritize their household and personal responsibilities at first, and not be able to focus much on her career, in spite of having a rich professional experience and an innate drive to be an independent individual.
Our goal is for these women to have a successful career along with their personal commitments so that they can be the best Mom, Wife, Partner, Friend and have a fulfilling career and become an Independent Entrepreneur that they want to be.
