Your determination will make you unstoppable – by Pavani Naik - Tenasheous

Being an inquisitive person by nature, I tend to challenge myself by learning & by exploring new things. Since childhood I was always inclined towards Science as a subject, hence, I pursued my graduation in Science. Post my graduation, I pursued my life skills in various work fronts like sales, coding, analyst etc. to name a few for almost a decade. 

Having always had a Go Getter attitude, and accepting what may come, in any situation; Be it my work front,  marriage, kid and family.

I’ve always been a driven individual with a purpose in my life. Somehow, I thought my career or passion towards learning things would come to a halt once I got married. But of course I was happily mistaken…. I continued learning life lessons upon getting married, and then came along my baby! Here my purpose was different from my professional realm, that was of giving birth and raising a beautiful angel. As is the saying – “Experience is a real teacher”, it came true for me, my life changed as I became a Mother to a beautiful child. 

My life changed completely, especially my professional life. I took a sabbatical to be a full-time mom which is no less than a 24/7 job. I’m sure all mothers agree with me. But I was somewhere feeling stagnant and was not getting enough challenges, I started feeling monotonous and I realised I wanted more from my life.

Thus, I started my hunt for a job, but I was hit with the bitter truth that if you’ve a sabbatical then you’re considered to have less potential for the given role. During my quest, I met Ms. Khyati Udeshi Naigandhi, our BOSS LADY! My prayers were answered upon meeting her. It was all thanks to her, for coming up with this platform name TENASHEOUS which gives an opportunity to females like us who have potential but due to so many responsibilities on our shoulders cannot go out and look for a full time job.

Soon after, I got an offer from TENASHEOUS which I felt was a good opportunity for me. TENASHEOUS gave me flexibility of working hours, and with dedication, determination, transparency and I opened my wings again to reach new heights which I so wanted to pursue. 

Although I was fresh into the recruitments, Khyati made sure that the rigorous training imparted to us,  provided for this demanding job. She has worked tirelessly to ensure a friendly environment and her passion reflects in all of us as colleagues working together in the same manner. The hierarchy of teams, with so many talented females associated with TEAM TENASHEOUS, are very much approachable and who provide great support at every step of our learning and later too while on the job. 

I joined TENASHEOUS in Jan’ 21, and so far it’s been an amazing learning experience! I gained so much while working here, it gave me my lost confidence back! This job did wonders to my self identity, and  gave me my identity, it gave me a new purpose. With the  new challenges that I so looked forward to in the earlier aspects of my life, I enjoyed the learning experience here. 

Today I’m one of the top performers in TEAM TENASHEOUS, I was recently recognized as “an employee of the month” which felt so appreciating!

Since we have flexible working hours,  I’m able to manage my house and work life balance so well and I feel so content. It gave me New Wings to fly high with the attitude of never giving up! 

TENASHEOUS is not a journey for me, it’s a destination because I so resonate with the vibes of TENASHEOUS team, who believes in hard work, determination and never give up attitude. We follow a simple mantra here – “We rise by lifting others”

My heart flies as I sing a song, that I love singing to myself, while working –
